The Role We're looking for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, conversion optimization, and user experience. You'll own experiences across our website, landing pages, ecommerce flows, lifecycle email journeys, and performance marketing creative. You'll combine exceptional design craft with a deep understanding of user behavior, experimentation, and business outcomes. Portfolio Required:Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. We are especially interested in seeing examples of websites, landing pages, growth experiments, lifecycle experiences, e-commerce flows, performance creative, and measurable business impact.
