The Marketing Coordinator will handle inquiry management and media relations across multiple brands. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field. - Strong computer skills - Ability to multi-task and manage projects - Problem solving and critical thinking skills - Customer service oriented - Effective communication skills Responsibilities - Handle inquiry management for residential, online, and nursing campuses across several brands. - Run basic reports from CRM databases. - Manage media relations and handle billing accuracy for all media partners across all brands. - Maintain media spreadsheets. - Edit and proofread created content, including website, radio ads, commercials, blogs, etc. - Ensure brand guidelines and standards are met. - Assist in making edits/updating documents on websites. - Engage in creative problem solving, make suggestions, and provide guidance for changes or improvements to the process. - Special projects and assignments as business dictates. - Ethics and Compliance - Keep apprised of and abide by all Federal and State regulations and accrediting criteria as pertains to the duties and responsibilities of this position. - Keep apprised of and abide by all organizational and institutional policies and procedures as pertains to the duties and responsibilities of this position. - Maintain the highest ethical standard and adhere to the Marketing Code of Conduct, without deviation. While the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling all primary responsibilities listed above to achieve the immediate goals of the organization, he/she is responsible to meet all organization goals. As such, adjustments or additions to these responsibilities and the methods by which they are achieved may be required by management to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency across departments, campuses and the organization as a whole.
