We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is excited to help us continue growing our brand while making a meaningful impact. **What you'll do** In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to create engaging content, strengthen our online presence, and support company events throughout our service area. **Your responsibilities will include:** - Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media platforms - Responding to customer comments, messages, and online reviews - Writing blogs, customer success stories, case studies, press releases, and website content - Visiting job sites to capture photos, videos, and before-and-after transformations - Coordinating home shows, community events, and trade shows from planning through execution - Managing customer review platforms, including Google Reviews - Auditing lead sources within i360 to ensure marketing accuracy - Promoting our customer referral program through email campaigns - Collaborating with multiple departments on marketing initiatives and creative projects **We're searching for someone who is:** - Creative and passionate about marketing - An excellent communicator - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines - Self-motivated while also thriving in a collaborative team environment - Eager to learn new technology and marketing platforms **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field - At least one year of internship or professional marketing experience - Experience creating digital content and managing social media platforms - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Experience planning events is a plus - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) **Why Join Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair?** When you join our team, you're joining a company that invests in its people.
