This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends community outreach, relationship building, and client intake coordination. If you enjoy connecting with people, building partnerships, and making a meaningful impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you. **Location: Glastonbury & AvonPay: $60,000 Salary** **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote our services by visiting senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources - Attend health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to generate leads - Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local organizations - Represent ComForCare professionally at all outreach events - Track and report marketing activities and lead generation results - Conduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collection - Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experience - Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients - Assist both the Glastonbury and Avon offices with marketing and client-related tasks - Identify opportunities for business growth and community partnerships - Provide occasional administrative support related to marketing and intake **Qualifications:** - Experience in in-field marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (healthcare preferred) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions - Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations and events - Experience with client intake, CRM systems, or customer service is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives - Full-time schedule with benefits Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing home care agency - Supportive, team-oriented work environment **Join us in making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families while growing your career in a rewarding field.** Compensation: $60,000.00 per year # Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
