Marketing Assistant – CDMX Onsite

Role Overview At Rehire, we are partnering with a leading international company in the food industry to find a Marketing Assistant based in Mexico. This role will provide direct operational and administrative support to the regional Marketing leadership team, helping coordinate multiple projects, meetings, events, vendors, presentations, and commercial initiatives across Latin America. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with previous exposure to marketing operations or administrative marketing activities. This is not primarily a Digital Marketing role; the focus is on coordination, execution, organization, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: · Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing department. · Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and agendas. · Take meeting minutes, distribute them to stakeholders, and follow up on action items. · Track multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met. · Prepare and update presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation. · Support the planning and administration of trade shows, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities. · Coordinate and follow up with external vendors and suppliers. · Support Marketing initiatives developed in collaboration with the Sales team. · Maintain organized documentation and visibility over ongoing projects. · Assist with selected LinkedIn and communication activities when required. · Support the preparation and adaptation of visual materials and presentations. · Proactively identify pending tasks and ensure proper follow-up through completion. · Provide direct support to regional Marketing leadership. Qualifications: · At least 1 year of professional experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Administration, or a similar role. · Previous exposure to administrative and operational activities within a Marketing department is strongly preferred. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. · Ability to prepare professional presentations, reports, and documentation. · Intermediate to Advanced English for communication within an international environment. · Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. · Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset. About the Position: · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (EST time zone GMT -3). · Work Arrangement: On-site.
