**House of Dank is currently seeking a Marketing and Inventory Coordinator for our Corporate location.** *\*\*Open availability is REQUIRED\*\** **What you'll do...** - Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns, buying projects, and planning tasks across teams. - Act as a key contact to make sure everyone stays connected and on the same page. - Create and keep track of project schedules, budgets, and goals to meet our brand's needs. - Find ways to improve processes and use new ideas to make our brand stronger. - Monitor how projects are going, review results, and share updates with team members. - Encourage teamwork and help everyone work toward common goals. - Keep up with industry trends and bring new ideas into your planning - Scrub deal sheets before the start of the new month: remove items we no longer carry and compile aged and overstocked skus that need deals to help movement. Manage the process to ensure appropriate brands make it on the 8.5 x 11 store sheets. - Holiday and event promo assistance. Manage the Monday board and ensure appropriate processes are followed for proper marketing and advertising execution. - Send sales floor optimization to stores, *especially* for upcoming vendor-supported promotions. This would include checking stock levels for upcoming vendor days scheduled 1-2 weeks out. - Add specified tags for each store to any vendor-specific deals agreed upon. Also communicate to each store on the new sale items, then manage the Monday board for these items to ensure the credit report is pulled. - Manage Hot Drops - Manage Sparkplug - obtain graphic from vendor with spark details and ensure it is posted for the budtenders. **What we're looking for...** - Experience managing projects, especially in retail, consumer brands, or the cannabis industry. - Good at working with others and building teamwork. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Familiar with project management tools like canva, google drive,monday - Thinks strategically and cares about making the brand stand out. - Must be 21 years of age or older **Why Us?** - House of Dank is one of the leading and fastest growing cannabis companies in the Michigan market.
