# **Marketing & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)** ## **Position Overview** Impact Scale is seeking a proactive, organized, and creative **Marketing & Operations Assistant**to support the launch and growth of new client brands. This is a part-time, hybrid position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thinking outside the box, and using data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with creative problem-solving. You'll assist with market research, analytics, campaign testing, project coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks while helping bring new client brands to market. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Brand Launch & Marketing Support** - Assist in launching new client brands from concept through execution. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. - Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels. - Help develop creative ideas and strategies that differentiate client brands. ### **Analytics & Market Testing** - Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics. - Assist with A/B testing, market testing, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement. - Compile reports and present findings with actionable recommendations. - Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making. ### **Operations & Project Coordination** - Coordinate tasks and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule. - Maintain organized project documentation, spreadsheets, and internal systems. - Assist with administrative and operational projects across departments. - Support client onboarding and internal project coordination. ### **General Support** - Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail. - Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. - Take initiative by identifying process improvements and new ways to increase efficiency. ## **Qualifications** - Previous experience in marketing, business, administration, project coordination, or a related field is preferred. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Analytical mindset with an interest in data, reporting, and market research. - Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and thinking outside the box. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with marketing or project management tools is a plus. - Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. ## **What Success Looks Like** - Successfully supports the launch of new client brands. - Provides organized, reliable project support across multiple initiatives. - Delivers meaningful insights through analytics and market testing. - Identifies creative solutions and process improvements. - Contributes to a collaborative, efficient, and results-driven team environment. ## **Schedule, Location & Compensation** - **Part-Time** - **Hybrid schedule**(must be local and available to work in the office as needed) - **Compensation:** **$20.00 per hour**
