We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Administrator to support the smooth running of our Marketing & Business Growth Division. Key Responsibilities & Tasks - Manage and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring updates are completed promptly and accurately via WordPress or other CMS platforms. - Collaborate with internal departments to gather and publish content updates aligned with brand guidelines and business needs. - Ensure consistency and professionalism in how content is presented across devices and screen sizes. - Monitor websites for outdated information, broken links, or technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Implement consistent content and configuration updates across digital platforms, including client and partner portals. - Work closely with the project management team to carry out updates according to project briefs and timelines. - Coordinate internal approval processes and conduct QA checks before publishing. - Manage multilingual content updates in collaboration with translators and upload translated materials to appropriate systems. - Liaise with designers, developers, and marketers to support new product launches, campaign rollouts, and landing page updates. - Assist with email marketing content updates to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and brand consistent. - Support the management of internal ticketing systems related to website and content updates. Job Requirements - University degree in Marketing, or a related field, is advantageous but not mandatory. - Prior experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress), CRM systems, or digital content tools is highly desirable. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus. - Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills – must be team-oriented, approachable, and communicative. - Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes. - Familiarity with digital content workflows, user experience principles, and cross-platform publishing best practices.
