Marketing & Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Administration Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with architects, urban designers, interior designer, and firm leadership, you will play a key role in researching, coordinating and producing proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other pursuit materials that showcase our expertise and vision. In addition to supporting marketing and business development efforts, you will contribute to the day-to-day administration of our studio, helping ensure a professional, organized, and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, strong communicator, and proactive problem solver with an interest in architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
