**SUMMARY** Sells/leases new and used units at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** - Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. - Keep up to date with the latest product information to ensure a high standard of unit knowledge. - Provide customers with specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all units. - Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of units features. - Utilizes dealership systems to complete (pre and post) follow-up to build and maintain a client database. - Maintains a working knowledge of unit values and equity, finance products and Fox programs. - Ensures Fox processes are followed for unit delivery. - Introduce customers to the various points of interest of the dealership. - Assists with preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of units are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers. **SKILLS & EDUCATION** - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Computer Proficiencies - required to maintain CRM system and email. - Communication skills (written and verbal) – excellent communication skills are required to interact with customer and persuade them to purchase a new vehicle. **REQUIREMENTS** - Valid Driver's License **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
