ABOUT THE ROLE Manufacturing Trainers at Bright Machines are responsible for delivering structured, hands-on training to manufacturing associates, technicians, and leads in a high-tech production environment. This role ensures employees are trained, certified, and compliant with operational, quality, and safety standards. This position reports directly to the Training Manager and focuses on training delivery, coaching, skills verification, and production floor support.
