Joining the Hardware System Team as a Senior Manufacturing Operations Engineer means taking ownership of the production and operational excellence of Mujin controllers and pendants. You’ll ensure top-quality manufacturing with fast production cycles by working closely with suppliers, overseeing production activities, implementing robust quality systems, and managing inventory and process documentation. In addition to supporting manufacturing, you will serve as a key communication window between Mujin Japan, Mujin US, and Mujin Europe, providing technical support for finished products deployed across internal teams. This includes troubleshooting product issues reported post-deployment, coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve them efficiently, and driving continuous improvement in both production and field support processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Mujin’s global growth while developing toward a future leadership role in production team.
