## Overview **Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply**, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a **Manufacturing Operation Specialist 1** to work at our West Memphis, AR plant. We are always looking for people with the drive to learn and determination to succeed. ## Responsibilities - Operating a forklift to pick and transport heavy materials around the plant - Accurately loads/unloads material from enclosed truck trailers - Driving yard truck with attached semi-trailer including backing trailer up to dock bays - Maintain forklifts by completing preventive maintenance. - Reports any malfunctions, failures, or repairs to management - Maintains quality products by following company policies and standards - Maintains clean and safe working environment - Inspects all product being shipped and received for defects to ensure quality standards are met - Picks, packs, and ships materials - Keep areas fully stocked to support production - Provides assistance where necessary ## Qualifications - Forklift and warehouse experience **required** - Experience loading flatbed trailers **required** - Basic computer skills - Ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work effectively in team environment - Ability to work overtime as needed If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and the opportunity to challenge your mechanical skills on our manufacturing equipment, this is the right place for you!
