Position: Manufacturing Laborer We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Manufacturing Laborer to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process: - Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail. - Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete tasks. - Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools — precision matters! - Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks. - Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials. - Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space. - Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. What You Bring to the Team - A natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. - Experience and comfort with tools, machinery, and manual labor. - Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions. - Strong initiative and attention to detail — you take pride in doing the job right. - Fluent in English or Spanish. - Must be able to lift, move, stand, and bend as required in a shop setting.
