Manufacturing Engineer

**Qualifications and Skills:** - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Tool Design or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering - Proficiency in Engineering Drafting and Solid Modeling skills - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Email) - Willingness to learn and take on new technical responsibilities as assigned - Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborative work environments - Previous experience in metal fabrication preferred but not required **Job Duties:** - Design and develop tooling, including weld fixtures, machining fixtures, and inspection gauges - Review and verify customer-provided manufacturing files (.dxf files or 3D models) for accuracy and compatibility - Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in drafting and modeling parts - Identify issues during the manufacturing process and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve and improve outcomes - Coordinate and communicate with internal departments such as engineering, production, and quality control **Benefits:** - Paid holidays - Vacation - Health, dental, and vision insurance plans - 401k retirement plan with company match - Overtime available
