As Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support you will be responsible for; Support production cells and help optimize manufacturing and repair processes Analyze production data and drive improvements in safety, quality, and delivery Develop and maintain work instructions and technical documentation Lead or support RCCA, process improvements, and industrialization efforts Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve flow Support new product introduction and capital expenditure projects Qualifications; 1–3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace or regulated industry preferred) Exposure to production environments and process improvement Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Plus if fluent in Spanish Plus if background in chemical processes and/or non-destructive testing (NDT) Salary Range: $70K - $90K The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.
