In this role, you will be based at the new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we support the manufacturing of hydraulic actuators for today’s aircraft. As a Manufacturing Aerospace Technician, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop while pursuing a rewarding career with some of the latest automated manufacturing technologies. **Manufacturing Aerospace Technician III:** **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute Technical Processes: Perform and optimize complex manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, test, or special processes. Ensure consistency, quality, and repeatability. - Collaborate Across Teams: Take a leadership role in coordinating across teams, aligning resources, and supporting sitewide decision making. - Resolve Complex Issues: Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex or recurring issues. Develop and implement corrective actions. - Ensure Product Quality: Ensure adherence to advanced quality standards and regulatory requirements. Improve documentation, procedures, and process consistency. - Build & Improve People and Process Capability: Lead training and mentoring efforts.
