You will work alongside QA and project leads in an Agile environment, maintain test scripts using Gherkin/BDD syntax, and participate in issue resolution, retesting, and UAT phases. Experience with Shopify Plus or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong plus. This is a 3-month project engagement. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test strategies and test plans; - Work with the QA Lead and project leads to enhance manual and automated test processes; - Maintain test scripts and keep them up to date for each project or task; - Document test cases and expected results for applications under test; - Perform cross-browser testing and debug application defects; - Participate in issue resolution, retesting, and UAT phases of the project; - Test eCommerce platform features including payment, gift cards, product data, and search; - Attend status meetings as a representative of the QA team; - Attend client meetings when needed. **MUST HAVES** - 2+ years of experience in QA roles; - Experience in eCommerce projects, preferably with **Shopify Plus** or **Salesforce Commerce Cloud**; - Experience with Agile development methodologies; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Adaptability and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined role; - Advanced communication and technical writing skills for issue reporting and coordination; - Experience in risk assessment and mitigation; - Ability to write tests using **Gherkin (BDD)** syntax; - Upper-intermediate English level. **NICE TO HAVES** - Excited to work on high-profile brands with complex requirements; - Interest in continuous learning, training, and skill development; - Values kindness, curiosity, and intelligence. **PERKS AND BENEFITS** - **Professional growth**: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps. - **Competitive compensation**: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets. - **Exciting projects**: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies. - **Flextime**: Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
