Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. **Position Summary** The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work. **Primary Responsibilities** - Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs - Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost efficient method - Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees - Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information - Additional responsibilities not listed may be required **Qualifications** - Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience - NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred) - Supervisory experience (Preferred) **Moving forward together** We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
