You will blend deep FP&A expertise with specialized Gross-to-Net analytics, reconciling SAP actuals with Anaplan plans and turning advanced analysis in Excel and Power BI into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Accountabilities: Financial Planning and Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for the US Commercial Business. Prepare in-depth analysis of GTN, expense budgets (MTP/RBU), forecasts, and actuals; identify risks, opportunities, and resource optimization needs. Maintain accounts and cost centers in full compliance with Group reporting requirements and drive continuous improvements in planning and reporting. Operating Expense Management: Build cost consciousness across the organization and lead targeted cost-savings initiatives without sacrificing commercial effectiveness. Monitor spend trends, surface risks and opportunities, and guide resource allocation to enhance ROI. Run monthly expense performance reviews with Commercial collaborators and convert results into clear actions. Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the lead finance partner to US Commercial Leadership for investment support and financial guidance. Partner closely with leaders supporting Market Access to enable data-driven decisions on programs and contracting. Evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies, payer agreements, and market access initiatives on net revenue and ROI. Analytics, Reporting and Insights: Produce and synthesize performance reporting using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other platforms, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
