We are on a singular mission to create an Olympic and Paralympic Games that celebrate all that this city and country have to offer, delivering an unparalleled experience for athletes, fans, partners and our community. The 2028 Games mark the return of the Summer Games to the U.S. for the first time in 32 years and Los Angeles’ third time hosting an Olympic Games and first time welcoming the Paralympic Games. This presents the unique and exciting opportunity to celebrate our legacy with the Games and push the Olympic and Paralympic Movements forward, writing a new chapter of Games history in Los Angeles. Putting on an Olympic and Paralympic Games is a team sport. To build a Games unlike any the world has seen before, we need the best team in place–a team full of diverse perspectives, experiences and expertise. We are guided by the following set of values and behaviors–optimism, integrity, excellence, inclusion, co-creation and boldness–and look forward to hearing about how your past experiences align with them. As Manager, Ticket Systems & Services , you help build and run the ticketing platform that gets fans into their seats across the Olympic and Paralympic Games. You own the configuration and day-to-day health of the systems behind sessions and access, and you partner with service providers and support teams to keep the fan experience smooth. This detail-driven work operates at real scale, where dependable systems directly shape revenue and how millions of people experience the Games, and where you help shape ticketing operations and standards in the years leading up to 2028. Key Responsibilities: Manage the ticketing platform on an ongoing basis, including configuration and updates to session details and technical systems. Contribute to Games-time ticket operations, including access control and ticket resolution. Help manage the customer support process so fans get timely, reliable help. Work with Ticket Service Providers to coordinate and track delivery of technical functionality. Partner across teams to keep ticketing systems, revenue goals, and the fan experience aligned. Required Competencies: Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience. Strong knowledge of ticketing platform infrastructure. Proven success growing revenue in ticketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong analytical skills. Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and project-management skills and the ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Valued Experience: Professional sports or live-event background. Experience on AXS and/or Eventim ticketing platforms. Experience with Zendesk, and with ticket integrations and API connections. What We Offer: A once-in-a-generation chance to shape ticketing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Meaningful ownership of the systems and operations that get fans into venues. Exposure across commercial, technical, and venue teams, with the teammate network that comes with it. Transferable skills and career value from delivering at a scale few events ever reach. What This Role Means for the Games: Ticketing is how the world gets through the gates. By keeping the platform reliable and the support experience strong, you help create the moment fans have waited years for and protect the revenue that powers the Games. Your work is a visible, direct contribution to how people experience LA28. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office. The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
