Job Summary: The Manager, Technology leads the delivery, support, and ongoing improvement of technology systems, network infrastructure, broadcast systems, and event technology services across the L.A. LIVE campus. This hands-on leadership role is central to live event operations, ensuring technology systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business and event needs. The Manager, Technology with be working closely with clients, vendors, and internal technology teams while maintaining high service standards and continuously enhance the overall technology environment. The incumbent will also partner with the broader AEG Global Technology team on projects and initiatives to modernize and strengthen technology capabilities. Additionally, the role provides on-site support for events across multiple venues, including line management of part-time event technology staff, flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. Essential Functions: Lead day-to-day Technology operations by assigning and scheduling work, maintaining team efficiency, and ensuring service delivery meets established SLAs.
