Responsible for uninterrupted supply availability, inventory optimization, regulatory compliance, staff development, physician partnerships, and proactive problem-solving. Supervises- Supply Coordinators and Distribution Technicians supporting procedural areas across multiple campuses. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or the equivalent in a combination of education and experience. - Three years progressive healthcare supply chain experience and two years leadership experience involving supervision, coaching and performance management. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a high stress, demanding clinical environment Superior customer service skills. - Ability to work with others at all levels and background Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in an OR, or Emergency Room as a nurse, tech or similar role
