Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Director, Software Engineering in the Cloud Browser Isolation Product Team department. You will lead the Cloud Browser Isolation team within an engineering organization that built the world’s largest cloud security platform. Bringing your vision and passion to our team of experts, you will enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility with a cloud-first strategy while managing the delivery of highly scalable security services. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 software engineers while managing performance and personal career progression plans Drive critical product and roadmap initiatives for the Cloud Browser Isolation team Ensure high-quality outputs across the entire lifecycle, from initial feature development to long-term system reliability Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure predictable and efficient delivery Act as a technical leader ensuring the team’s contributions align with our global multitenant architecture goals Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
