Job Summary This position leads engineering for the team building the just-in-time (JIT) proxy workload capabilities within StrongDM, now part of Delinea—the universal access management platform that secures and audits access to databases, servers, Kubernetes clusters, and web applications. As Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers architecting and delivering secure, distributed systems in Go (Golang) for StrongDM’s proxy and control-plane platform, while guiding the team’s contributions to the broader Delinea Platform’s identity security services. This role will report directly into our Director of Engineering, Workload.
