Working as Manager, Software Development Engineering at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. The US based team powers the Request Approval and Inbox services for the Delinea Platform. Location preference for the Lehi, Utah office but because remote team, open to remote/telecommute position based out of your home office. This role will be directly reporting to the Senior Director of the team. What You’ll Do: - Manage a Delinea Sprint team of software engineers - both the people and the projects that they work on. - Specifically, managing a dev team of 4 engineers focused on powering just-in-time access on the Delinea Platform with the Request Approval service and the user-centric Inbox service. - Plan, execute, and deliver high quality software projects on time and within budget. - This is a player-coach role.
