SUMMARY: Delinea is looking for an engineering manager to lead the Shared Services team within Cloud Engineering. You will be responsible for the team’s people, delivery, and technical direction including the application infrastructure they own across Azure and AWS. In this role, you will own and evolve complex application infrastructure including messaging and data systems such as RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and Redis delivering reliable, scalable, and well-documented solutions that directly enable our development teams to move fast and build confidently. You will report to the Director of Cloud Engineering. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Manage a team of Engineers: conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring, and career development in a distributed remote friendly environment. - Own the technical roadmap for shared cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, balancing reliability work against longer-term platform improvements. - Set and enforce standards for infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes), documentation, and operational readiness. - Make technical decisions and trade-offs for application-layer infrastructure including Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and Redis, and serve as the escalation point for the team. - Run sprint planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and keep delivery on t…
