WHAT YOU’LL DO As Manager, SEO Marketing for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth of Airwallex’s web presence across the region. You’ll work cross-functionally with Corpsite, Content, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact through technical SEO, content optimization, and international expansion. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll directly influence both the technical and content aspects of our website, ensuring best-in-class SEO performance in a rapidly evolving search landscape. This role is based in London or EMEA. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the website’s organic growth targets in partnership with Corpsite and Content teams, focusing on both branded and non-branded keyword acquisition. - Evangelize SEO best practices across the organization, influencing website changes, link acquisition, and organic content strategy in collaboration with the Content team. - Liaise with engineers to execute technical SEO recommendations that benefit both SEO and broader business objectives, including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internationalization (hreflang, localization). - Provide hands-on SEO recommendations and implement changes directly within the CMS platform, ensuring rapid iteration and optimization. - Lead content optimization efforts, including keyword research, content gap analysis, and on-page enhancements to improve rankings and user engagement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) for YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) content, building trust and authority with both search engines and users. - Drive international SEO initiatives to expand organic reach in…
