The Manager partners with consulting teams to shape communication strategies, structure complex content, and develop high-impact executive deliverables. While responsible for guiding projects and influencing stakeholders, the role remains deeply hands-on in the creation and refinement of presentations, visual narratives, and client-facing materials. The Manager will report to the Vice President of Content Strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, balancing priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent quality and execution. - Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for accuracy, professionalism, creativity, and client service. - Serve as a trusted thought partner to consulting teams, helping shape storylines, strengthen recommendations, and improve the overall effectiveness of client-facing deliverables. - Apply advanced design and storytelling expertise to create polished, visually compelling deliverables, including executive presentations, visual frameworks, data visualizations, and strategic communication materials. - Navigate ambiguity by asking questions, organizing information, simplifying complexity, and guiding teams toward actionable solutions. - Collaborate with internal partners, including Knowledge Management, Account Management, Sales Operations, and Consulting Operations, to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across Sales and Delivery Enablement materials. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members through coaching, feedback, and best-practice sharing, contributing to the continued growth of the Content Strategy function. - Explore and apply AI-enabled and emerging technologies to improve content development workflows, efficiency, and overall deliverable quality. **Qualifications** The ideal candidate will possess: - 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, agency, or complex corporate environments. - Demonstrated ability to lead design for complex, high-visibility projects and provide strategic creative guidance. - Strong experience translating abstract ideas, data, and insights into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials. -…
