The team builds and delivers integrated technology solutions that keep these functions running efficiently and securely at global scale. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Portfolio Delivery & Operations to play a critical role in driving strategy and execution across a complex, cross-functional portfolio set. This is an exciting position essential to the successful delivery of projects and to operational excellence across G&A solutions engineering applications globally. In this role, you will be at the heart of how we plan, deliver, and continuously improve the programs and operations that power our teams. Your work will directly impact how effectively Apple delivers on its most important commitments — and your contributions will truly make a difference. ## Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of EPMs, setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Own end-to-end portfolio delivery across multiple concurrent programs, driving accountability, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Partner with senior leadership to drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, translating organizational priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans Define, implement, and continuously improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, and delivery standards that create consistency and scale across teams and programs Establish and maintain intake, prioritization, and capacity planning frameworks that enable disciplined portfolio management and ensure the organization is investing in the right work at the right time Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalations across the portfolio; develop mitigation strategies and drive timely resolution before issues impact delivery commitments Develop and maintain portfolio-level dashboards, metrics, and executive status reporting that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for all levels of the organization Manage budgets and resource forecasts across multiple teams; partner with finance and senior leadership to track actuals, flag variances early, and optimize allocation across the portfolio Serve as a trusted partner and single point of accountability for portfolio health, delivery commitments, and escalation paths; build strong working relationships across engineering, product, operations, legal, and finance Influence without direct authority across engineering, operations, and senior management, driving alignment and decisions through credibility, structured communication, and collaborative problem-solving Champion operational excellence across both the PMO and portfolio delivery functions, continuously raising the bar on delivery predictability, team efficiency, and organizational maturity ## Minimum qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or technic…
