This role will be focused on Paid Search - overseeing, and crafting tactical SEM plans, managing the teams’ activation and success of those programs. You’d operate in partnership with account planning and analytics teams to understand clients’ business objectives and media goals, collaborating on how best to achieve those goals. This role fits within your larger omni-channel, digital activation team, working alongside your teammates, fellow digital experts across all biddable tactics – Programmatic, Social, and Direct. With that team, we’ll encourage new ideas and collaborative thinking to further clients’ activation in pursuit of their goals: cross-channel audience targeting, variable attribution tracking, multi-tiered funnel objectives. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, or Lambertville—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. This role will work eastern business hours. What You’ll Do You'll lead the day-to-day supervision of client paid search programs including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement Understand the client’s product, marketing objectives and digital goals with an emphasis on paid search, presenting to clients on regular basis Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines. Stay on top of the latest updates regarding tools and User Interfaces (AdWords, Bing, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, Search Engine Land, etc.) Campaign Strategy definition and implementation, working closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaigns. Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practice. Collaborate with internal team and client peers to support strategic solutions that respond to business and communications challenges with healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers. Develop positive relationships with search community, vendors and Directors for optimal service levels and results Build, or assist in crafting, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.
