About the Role: As a key member of Tubi’s Original Content team, you will manage production and post-production, maintaining comprehensive workflow oversight over a high-volume slate of projects. Serving as the primary technical and logistical facilitator from development through final delivery, you will ensure all content is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards. In this role, you will facilitate cross-functional alignment, build budget and timeline frameworks, evaluate production partner capabilities, and maintain production company and vendor relationships. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. What You'll Do: Production & Post-Production Management Team Management & Mentorship: Support and guide the day-to-day workflows of the production and post-production team, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing environment. End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Manage production and post-production pipelines, driving the execution of a fast-paced slate spanning live, scripted, and unscripted formats from greenlight through platform launch. Pre-Production: Standardize and support readiness protocols prior to principal photography, optimizing kick-off frameworks, distribution setups, milestone cash flows, and cast/crew table reads. Technical Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Evaluate and approve complex camera, lens, and technical capture packages during pre-production; actively audit dailies to proactively resolve technical or aesthetic issues before they impact post-production workflows. On-Set Problem Solving & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving real-time production challenges and supporting crew needs on set. Brand Safety & Compliance: Maintain on-set confidentiality and safety policies, ensuring external partners adhere to social media restrictions and branding guidelines. Integration Partnerships: Coordinate the lifecycle of brand integration opportunities, collaborating with internal leads and on-set producers to secure precise asset capture and client feedback execution. Budget Stewardship & Vendor Management Rigorous Budget Vetting: Review proposed production budgets line-by-line to eliminate excess padding, optimize contingencies, and ensure required delivery items are fully covered to achieve financial efficiency without compromising creative scope. Development & Write-Off Strategy: Track the development budget to monitor committed spend against milestone schedules; coordinate quarterly development and abandonment assessments. Breakage Mitigation: Audit production partner financial statements to identify efficiencies, reallocate resources, and minimize breakage requests. Manage the approval, modeling, and legal amendment process when breakage is unavoidable. Invoice Oversight: Maintain accountability for vetting, approving, and correctly coding all invoices for scripted and unscripted productions, ensuring precise cost-code compliance to drive monthly financial close processes. Partner and Project Vetting: Partner with Creative Execs to evaluate new production partners for their ability to execute on a project, and help vet projects for production viability at the targeted budget. Cross-Functional Alignment & Communications XFN Communications Setup: Maintain and optimize high-priority cross-functional communication channels (Finance, Legal, Creative) to clear dailies, fast-track rush invoices, trigger cashflow milestones, and resolve complex questions under tight deadlines. Liaison: Partner closely with Business & Legal Affairs, Finance, PR, and Creative Executives to align long-term production efforts. Cross-Team Asset Distribution: Oversee the pipeline ensuring internal Marketing, PR, and internal distribution departments receive all necessary assets and deliverables.
