Manager of Business Systems and Transformation

As Manager, Business Systems & Transformation, you will help shape how LaFrance operates by partnering with leaders across the organization to improve business processes, modernize business systems, leverage data, and implement practical AI and automation solutions. This is a highly collaborative leadership role that bridges business strategy and technology execution, delivering measurable business value through continuous improvement and digital transformation. This role will initially combine strategic leadership with hands-on solution design and implementation. The role is expected to evolve toward a greater focus on leadership and strategy. Location: Hybrid – Concordville, PA Reports To: Vice President, Finance & Operations **What You'll Do** - Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Experience, Human Resources, and external technology partners. - Lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business systems, including, RMS (AS400), Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Air Table workflow automation, and future business applications. - Identify and lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives that simplify work, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration. - Evaluate and implement practical AI, automation, and digital technologies that improve productivity and decision-making. - Develop and maintain the reporting, data, and business intelligence infrastructure that enables timely, accurate, and data-driven decision making across the organization - Lead strategic business systems projects from planning through implementation while minimizing operational disruption. - Support organizational change through communication, training, and adoption planning. - Lead and develop the Business Systems team while fostering continuous learning and innovation. - Manage relationships with our implementation partners and consultants - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. **What We're Looking For** - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management and/or Operations, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, and/or 7+ years of relevant experience leading business systems, process improvement, operations, project management, or business transformation initiatives. - Experience partnering with business leaders to improve operations through technology. - Strong project leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead change across cross-functional teams. - Experience with enterprise ERP systems. - Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on analysis, configuration, troubleshooting and solution delivery in a lean organization - Required Experience in: RMS (AS400), Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform - Preferred: Air Table, Smart Sheet, AI applications, manufacturing environments, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Business Process Management, Power BI and data analytics. **Why LaFrance?** At LaFrance, you'll join a company with a long history of innovation and a culture built on teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
