This role oversees charters and incentive group programs and partnerships activations connected to MICE & buyout experiences. This Manager leads the planning, implementation, and oversight of all Aman at Sea charter and MICE projects ensuring every voyage is executed with precision, calm leadership, and an unwavering guest‑centric approach. Responsibilities include working with client, partnering with onboard leadership, solving maritime and operational needs of the charterer/group, upholding Aman at Sea service standards, and advancing strategic initiatives and revenue opportunities that elevate the charterer’s experience. This position requires a strategic leader who delivers exceptional service, guides onboard teams in fulfilling contractual obligations, and embodies the elegance, discretion, and service ethos that define our ultra‑luxury brand. **Responsibilities** - Maintain stewardship over all charter‑related partner contracts, ensuring operational management, alignment with guest expectations, and adherence to Aman at Sea’s refined service standards. - Collaborate seamlessly with onboard leadership to seamlessly deliver operational requirements and an effortless guest journey throughout each charter voyage. - Partner closely with Hotel/Guest Experience teams to ensure all services are flawlessly coordinated and aligned with the bespoke nature of the charter experience. - Oversee the full lifecycle of each charter by liaising with clients, relevant Operations teams, and onboard leadership to manage all requests, address inquiries, and resolve matters related to events, yacht charters, or incentive groups with poise and discretion. - Conduct site inspections of the yacht with charter clients to develop a curated program to ensure each location reflects Aman’s uncompromising standards of serenity, privacy, and excellence. - Support the Director, Charter & Partnerships by preparing business reports and insights that highlight key performance indicators and operational trends. - Anticipate and resolve challenges with a calm, solutions‑driven approach, providing timely and polished follow‑up. - Serve as a liaison across internal departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring swift, efficient responses. - Escort clients during day visits, site sailings, and corporate programs, embodying the understated elegance and personalized attention synonymous with Aman. - Manager the creation and execution of detailed event orders (EOs) and operational briefs for each charter, incentive, or group program, ensuring all onboard and shoreside teams are aligned. - Coordinate logistics for onboard and shoreside events, including vendor deliveries, customs clearance, and port agent communication. - Manage financial reports, invoicing and administrative functions of contract management. - Prepare and distribute internal communication documents, banquet event orders (BEOs), such as pre-voyage briefs, daily recap notes, and post-event reports. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Transportation/Logistics, or a related field. - 7–10+ years…
