Manager - Logistics & Warehouse Operations

The Logistics & Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize material flow for all warehouse operations, including receiving, repack, putaway to storage, replenishment to production, and outbound/shipping, with a focus on safety, on-time delivery, and material availability. This role will collaborate with other departments to develop strategies regarding safety, labor management, and inventory control and accuracy. This role will also provide leadership for all team member policies, training, and development to develop a High Performance Work Team environment. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is **$****128,084 - $169,711.30****.**Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role will also provide leadership for all team member policies, training, and development to develop a High Performance Work Team environment. **Essential Functions** **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Leadership & Execution** - Develop, implement, and manage all warehouse operations strategies and improvement roadmaps to optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, repack, putaway, replenishment, and outbound shipping, without compromising safety for all team members. - Collaborate with other departments/functions to ensure warehouse strategies align with other improvement roadmaps. - Manage and monitor KPIs, such as on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy. Implement/refine operational dashboards where appropriate. - Identify and drive process improvements to enhance visibility, reduce lead times, improve material availability to external and internal customers. - Leverage and improve technology, data analytics and automation to optimize warehouse operations. - Develop and enforce policies and procedures for safety, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. **Financial & Cost Management** - Manage the department budget, identifying resource costs, equipment costs, and ensuring improvement projects are delivered within budget. - Manage labor and expense budgeting, forecasting and cost reduction/controls to improve operational efficiency. - Ensure financial accountability by tr…
