IN-NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) is seeking a Manager for the L7 - IN - NUMERIC - Domestic Sales Network - Specification department. The ideal candidate will have experience in specifications, compliance, and consultant coverage, with a focus on the North Region. We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in the Specifications department. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Manager will lead a team, providing product training and expertise in UPS specifications, and will be responsible for consultant coverage in the North Region. ### Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in specifications and compliance. - Prepare and review product specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, especially in the North Region, to ensure effective coverage and support. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations, and incorporate them into the team's practices. - Conduct product trainings and workshops for the team, enhancing their knowledge and skills in UPS specifications. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and a unified approach to specifications. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our expertise and network. ### Qualifications - A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success. - Expertise in UPS specifications and a deep understanding of the electrical and digital systems industry. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on compliance. - Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for specifications and compliance management. - A proactive and innovative approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing industry dynamics. - A relevant bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certifications or additional qualifications in project management or leadership are preferred. - A strong work ethic, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
