For more information visit our[New Employee Resources](https://hr.dpsk12.org/o/careers/page/new-employees). **What You'll Do:** • Leads the day-to-day implementation and continuous improvement of the district’s leadership pipeline programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, hiring needs, succession planning efforts, and leadership competencies • Partners with the Office of Schools, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and central departments to support a cohesive approach to identifying, developing, and supporting school leaders • Serves as a key point of contact for leadership development initiatives and helps strengthen coordination across teams • Manages and develops a team responsible for designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing learning experiences for leaders, including mentoring and coaching supports. • Builds team capacity to ensure high quality program delivery • Oversees the collection and analysis of data related to leadership pipeline health, diversity, and readiness • Uses metrics such as retention, performance, and program outcomes to inform improvements and support reporting on progress toward district goals • Supports the refinement and scaling of leadership pipeline systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to efforts to strengthen how the district recruits, selects, and develops leaders • Other duties as assigned **What You’ll Need:** - Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field - Master's Degree preferred - 5+ years of directly related experience is required, including demonstrated expertise in educational leadership, principal preparation, complex program management, and systemic implementation at a large scale - Lead for racial and educational excellenc…
