Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Leading the Institutional Research department by providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure efficient operations and a high-performing team. - Overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of institutional data from student records, surveys, databases, and external sources while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations. - Developing and presenting reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and executive summaries that communicate key performance indicators and research findings to college leadership, faculty, and staff. - Collaborating with departments across the College to support strategic planning, institutional effectiveness initiatives, accreditation requirements, and policy development through meaningful data analysis. - Directing research projects related to enrollment, retention, graduation rates, student outcomes, and other institutional priorities while continuously improving research methodologies and reporting practices. - Providing training and presentations to faculty, staff, and administrators on research findings, reporting tools, and best practices for using data to support decision-making. - Monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in institutional research and higher education analytics to strengthen the College's research capabilities and continuous improvement efforts. **What We're Looking For:** - **Education Requirements:** A bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, or a related field. - **Experience:** At least two years of experience in data reporting, research, or analytics, along with demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, Qualtrics, or similar software.
