The Industrial Engineering Manager also analyzes historical business data to develop building and facility forecasts that support long-term strategic objectives. **Job Responsibilities:** - Collaborate cross-functionally to manage resources and oversee day-to-day process and procedure administration. - Analyze building and facility projects, develop operational layouts, and partner with operations to identify the most efficient and cost-effective business practices. - Establish, monitor, and enforce performance standards to ensure organizational goals are met. - Address and resolve performance issues in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, fostering accountability and teamwork. **Job Requirements:** - Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available for this position). - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
