Please take a moment to watch our video to learn more about our culture and contributions to our members: [youtu.be/hYNdMGLn19A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYNdMGLn19A) | | --- | | | --- | | | **Job Summary:** | | --- | | | | Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Program Development, the Manager, Green Programs manages a variety of Green training programs, including Multifamily Building Operator and Analyst, LEED Green Associate and Accredited Professional for Operations and Maintenance, WELL, GPRO Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, and Green seminars and activities covering a broad range of topics within the Green Building Industry. The role also supports Green Grant applications and program development by staying current on policy and technology initiatives, industry trends, best practices, and evolving standards that impact training programs and membership. As part of the organization’s sustainability initiatives, the Manager, Green Programs coordinates the 32BJ Sustainability Committee and leads organization-wide sustainability initiatives, including NYC Climate Week events, Earth Day celebrations, and the LEED recertification of the 32BJ Headquarters' office space. The Manager also represents the 32BJ Training Fund at Green industry conferences, events, and committees, while managing employer engagement activities that promote participation in Training Fund programs. | | --- | | | --- | | | **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** | | --- | | | | Manages third-party partner contracts and invoices (e.g., BPI, Urban Green, Building Potential) and ensures compliance with partner requirements, including administration of in-house testing programs (e.g., BPI, GPRO, BOC).
