The role also supports Green Grant applications and program development by staying current on policy and technology initiatives, industry trends, best practices, and evolving standards that impact training programs and membership. As part of the organization’s sustainability initiatives, the Manager, Green Programs coordinates the 32BJ Sustainability Committee and leads organization-wide sustainability initiatives, including NYC Climate Week events, Earth Day celebrations, and the LEED recertification of the 32BJ Headquarters' office space.
