Investigate and report on safety incidents. **Planning & Asset Strategy:** Establish and execute tactical and operational plans that support both short-term operational stability and medium-term asset reliability and capability needs. Translate site and job family strategy into actionable maintenance, facilities, and reliability plans, including workforce capability, spares strategy, and equipment lifecycle considerations. Continuous Improvement: Initiate and participate in LPS/CI initiatives; create and/or maintain meaningful visuals such as KPI boards. **Leadership & People Management:** Uphold and promote a professional work environment, addressing minor conflicts and fostering teamwork in line with S&C’s values.
