Job Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Product, Documentation, and UX teams) to ideate, design and implement features that drive the core authentication experience for users in the Workforce and Customer identity landscape Manage entire lifecycle of major features from ideation to delivery by maintaining strong emphasis on broader alignment, accurate estimations and high bar for quality and security Propose and align on technical strategy Contribute to technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive unit/functional tests Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and security best practices Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team Mentor and coach junior engineers Minimum Requirements : Extensive experience working on medium to large projects in a technical capacity through accurate estimations, precise project planning, project oversight and delivery Strong hands-on experience designing & developing enterprise software using Java with Springboot Proficient in object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, server-side technologies and distributed system concepts(caching, asynchronous processing, multi-threading) Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting complex java codebase Passionate about writing clean, maintainable and scalable code with a deep focus on security Solid experience with cloud infrastructure platforms particularly AWS and databases Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional(Product/Design/QA) and geo-distributed teams Lead and mentor junior engineers Nice to have : Prior experience as TechLead Strong understanding of IAM protocols(FIDO, WebAuthn, SSO, SAML, OAuth) and identity management best practices Strong understandi…
