Required to frequently apply a set of management principles to the smooth operations of emergency care. Must be capable of independent judgement and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services, physician relations and administrative or professional programs. Has twenty-four (24) hour accountability for assigned area. ## Qualifications REQUIRED: 1. B.S. degree in Nursing related healthcare field and a minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 2. Good written and oral communication skills. PREFERRED: 1. Master's degree in Nursing. 2. Two (2) years clinical experience in specialty area. ## Work Hours: 8AM-4PM
