POSITION PURPOSE: The Manager, Cost Allocations serves as a strategic partner and analytical leader driving visibility, accountability, and data‑driven decision‑making across CIM. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, shaping how the organization understands and deploys its corporate resources. Acting as an architect and steward of CIM’s cost allocation strategy, the Manager partners closely with IT, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to design, refine, and operationalize a best‑in‑class allocation framework. This work supports enterprise planning, informs leadership decisions, and ensures the transparency required for stakeholders to understand the services, systems, and support activities driving their allocated costs. The ideal candidate is equal parts financial strategist, data translator, and operational problem solver—someone who thrives on simplifying complexity and influencing organizational outcomes.
