This position is an integral member of the team, helping to cultivate leads and strengthen business development processes across the agency. What you’ll do: Support the development of proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations in partnership with cross‑functional teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and medical. Lead initial vetting of inbound opportunities, assessing fit against strategic priorities, capabilities, and resourcing to determine which pursuits move forward. Manage and submit RFIs, collaborating with agency experts to develop responses that clearly address client needs and differentiate Real Chemistry’s capabilities. Manage business development opportunities through the full lifecycle within the Salesforce platform, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely updates. Partner with senior agency leadership to help implement business development strategies and improve consistency and effectiveness across pursuits. Support tracking of win rates, pipeline health, and performance trends to inform leadership decision‑making. Lead initial vetting of inbound opportunities, assessing fit against strategic priorities, capabilities, and resourcing to determine which pursuits move forward. Serve as support pitch logistics, materials production and other pitch theater needs come together seamlessly.
