***This role will begin January 2027*** JOB OVERVIEW: Join our dynamic Management Development Rotational Program designed to fast-track recent graduates into leadership roles within our organization. JOB DUTIES: Rotate through various departments, gaining a broad understanding of operational processes and strategies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to operational challenges. Lead and contribute to projects that support strategic business goals. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, demonstrating insights and recommendations based on rotational experiences. Develop leadership skills through mentoring, training sessions, and on-the-job learning. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Computer literacy skills, especially with Microsoft Office suite, and basic data entry and computation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Willingness to work in various locations and adapt to different operational environments. Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or prior work experience. EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Internship experience is preferred, but not required.
