In this role, you will perform diagnostic and screening mammography procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography examinations - Ensure patient safety, comfort, and modesty throughout all procedures - Position patients accurately and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images - Maintain and operate specialized mammography equipment in compliance with safety protocols - Adhere to all department and facility safety guidelines - Collaborate with radiologists and office staff to ensure efficient workflow and accurate imaging results - Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation - **Education:** Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program - **Licensure:** ARRT(R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR Certification required - **Experience:** 3+ years of current mammography experience required - **Technical requirements:** May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols. - **Competitive Compensation:** $38/hr base rate, plus eligibility for shift differential pay. - **Comprehensive Benefits:** - Medical, dental, and life insurance - 401k/pension plan - Profit-sharing plans - Generous paid time off policy and more - **Work Schedule:** - Monday – Friday: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm - One Saturday per month (with a comp day off during the week) - **Professional Growth:** Gain valuable experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment. - **Impactful Work:** Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
