The **MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN** works as part of the maintenance team in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. Carries buckets of paint from storage area to work. - Changes locks, makes keys when directed. - Distributes resident communications, regarding upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters. - Ensures that all make‐ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. - Performs any additional duties assigned.
