Maintenance Worker

**SCHEDULE:** 8:30am - 4:30pm **or** 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime regularly available. Rotating paid on-call required. **SUMMARY:** Responsible for general maintenance and functioning of all agency facilities and equipment (changing locks, snaking toilets, patching walls, changing out ballasts or other lighting fixtures, moving furniture, ect.). **BENEFITS:** - Medical - Dental - Vision - Complimentary Life Insurance policy - 403(b) retirement plan with company match - 15 days of PTO per year - 10 paid holidays - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) **EXPERIENCE:** GED or high school diploma **required** with two years of experience in maintenance working with knowledge of carpentry and plumbing ***preferred***. Candidate should have experience with tools **REQUIREMENTS:** Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to safely climb a ladder. Must possess valid driver's license with insurable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) i.e. no major moving violations within the last 3 years. **SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:** Long and unusual hours are sometimes required, a company cellphone must be carried, working outside in the elements may be required, working around with emotionally disturbed consumers is a possibility (Baker Act receiving facility). Rotating on-call.
