Job Details: - Support our customers by contributing to the high quality construction process of Interstate trailers - Weld raw materials to build different types of trailer parts - Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the entire Manufacturing Plant. This includes, but is not limited to, welders, forklifts, tractors, power tools, hand tools, shop trucks, roll up doors and paint equipment - Help keep the inside and outside of the Manufacturing Plant clean and organized - Prepare custom trailers - Consistently meet high quality and control standards - Learn and become proficient in other production roles in order to support our entire team as needed Join a team with a family-atmosphere work environment with lots of opportunity for growth. Requirements: - Welding experience is preferred. - Work with the following tools: grinder, chop saw, oxygen and acetylene torch, general hand tools, and more - Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment - Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Our Maintenance Technician is professional, team-oriented, and shows enthusiasm for uncompromised attention to detail.
